Children's Ministry

As you can see from the information below, we have a lot planned! In addition, we are in the beginning stages of planning for the expansion of our extended session ministry in our Preschool Division. We are looking for a new extended session coordinator and workers to lead new classes. Also, for someone to take the lead on teaching our classes that will help children grow in their new-found faith in Christ.
 
Sundays will continue to flourish as we make plans to build up our Sunday School and grow it to the point of needing a class for every grade level and dividing our Children's Worship to make it more developmentally significant and age-graded.

Oh, what dreams we have for reaching our community kids for Christ! Come experience and be a part of our preschool and children's ministry and see for yourself what the buzz is all about!

Children's Worship is available during both morning services!

All children ages 4 through 1st grade are invited to Children's Worship in the Children's Ministry Center (CMC) Room 100 after the Children's Moment in the 8:00 and 10:30 morning worship services each week. The Children's Worship curriculum is complete with a Bible story, crafts, and activities, and is taught by caring, trained parent teachers. KREW (Kids Radically Experiencing Worship) is a new and dynamic Sunday morning children's ministry program coming in 2012! The children will have an amazing time singing along with their very own praise band, enjoying puppet shows and much more! We are looking forward to providing a wonderful worship service designed for the unique worship needs of your child!

Sunday School
On Sunday morning we are in age-graded Sunday school classes. The twos, threes, fours, and fives are taught a fun Bible lesson and activity each week.  Our 1st through 5th graders each have their own Sunday school class where they are taught Bible lessons each week. The teachers are very experienced and also teach many other Bible skills and knowledge.

Monday Evenings

4:30pm - Children's Choir - If your child is in grades 1-5 they are encouraged to participate. Children's Choir will resume September 13th!

Wednesday Evenings

5:00PM - Family Meal Time - FLC

 PARENTS: We need you to fill out an orange Children & Families Ministry Information Card so that we have correct email addresses, birthdays and phone numbers for you and your children. Sunday School teachers will have these cards available when you drop off your children. Please take a moment to complete the card and then leave it with the teacher. Thanks for your help!
