FBC Kids Mission Statement

The mission of the children’s ministry at First Baptist Church is to foster meaningful relationships with children and families, ensure that all children experience God in authentic and practical ways, and equip children with a biblical foundation for a life of integrity and ministry.

FBC Kids Worship is an opportunity for kids to learn about God in ways that are meaningful, engaging, and tailored for their age and ability. We accomplish this through storytelling, scripture reading, prayer, lessons, games, crafts, fellowship, and missions.

FBC Kids Sunday School is an opportunity for kids to have additional time connecting with scripture.

During Sunday School, parents/guardians may attend Sunday School with their child or attend an adult Sunday School class of their choice. Please see Ms. Kristina for a list of all adult Sunday School classes.

Preschool Class:

Faith & Fellowship!

Our young children use this time to listen to worship songs while they pray, play, and fellowship together. This time is not as structured as our Kids Worship time.

Elementary Class: The Lord’s Prayer

March 2026 – April 2026 We are studying the Lord’s Prayer using scripture, a children’s book, coloring, crafts and conversation.

We also share our highs and lows from the week and pray together.

Each Sunday after the 10:30 am worship service, our FBC Kids families and guests are welcomed to stay for a time of fellowship. The kids enjoy the fun of our fenced in playground, while the grown-ups chat together.
